Nina Simpson, a director of Advanced Lettings in Folkestone, Kent has achieved the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP- QCF) Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management to become one of the most highly qualified residential letting agents operating in England and Wales.

NFoPP Awarding Body introduced the Level 4 Certificate in November 2011 as part of its programme to raise standards of professionalism in residential letting agencies through professional qualifications. The Certificate meets the Association of Residential Letting Agent’s (ARLA) membership requirements for those looking to join the Association as a member agent.

David Cox, Managing Director of ARLA, said: “Nina Simpson is in the vanguard of those residential letting agents who recognise the value of professional qualifications, and who have the sound working knowledge both of the job and of practice, to succeed. Her commitment to high standards is evidenced by her achievement of this higher level qualification.”

This higher level qualification shows an in-depth knowledge of the sector and how it can be applied within the residential letting and property management environment.

Nina Simpson of Advanced Lettings comments: “It was important for me to secure this higher level qualification as a letting agent. It is not only a personal achievement but also a mark of professionalism and trust; it provides reassurance to tenants dealing with Advanced Lettings that the agency adheres to the highest professional standards, and that employees are qualified and knowledgeable letting agents.”

Nina is among a growing group of agents across the UK working with ARLA and the NFoPP Awarding Body to achieve recognised qualifications and raise standards within the industry.

Melfyn Williams, Chair of the Governing Body, adds: “The NFoPP QCF Level 4 Certificate is the natural next step after taking and achieving the NFoPP QCF Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. The NFoPP Awarding Body is committed to raising standards within the residential letting and property management sector through the provision of accredited, nationally recognised qualifications, such as the Certificate Nina has achieved.”
