On behalf of the team I would like to share with you some of our history and an insight into the part we hope to play in the future lettings industry.
I personally bring over 30 years of experience from the lettings and property industry and together with my wife and her family our Folkestone office opened its doors in May 2006. The business has seen continual growth, and I feel very privileged to be working with an established and professional team of staff who are dedicated to continual professional development, so they can provide an outstanding service to both our Landlords and Tenants.
We chose to specialise in residential lettings because we believe that Landlords and Tenants deserve a service from a company who really do know what they are doing. With our ongoing focus on lettings and the latest legislations we really do believe that our team can offer the expertise required by both our Landlords and Tenants.
We are now in our 9th year of business and facing a future where we believe that Landlords and letting agents will become regulated. We are confident in what we offer and how we conduct business and welcome regulation to the industry.
