When moving into your property, you will be advised what management service your Landlord has with us. If you are told that Landlord deals with their own maintenance then you will be supplied with their contact details and in the event of a maintenance issue or an emergency then you must contact them direct. It is really important to advise us of any maintenance issues as soon as they happen, so it can be rectified as quickly as possible, ensuring quality of living and the property of the Landlord. Failure to report a maintenance issue may put you in breach of your tenancy agreement.
